Cancellation/No-Show Policy: (IMPORTANT: READ AND CHECK THE BOX)

Any charter cancelled 14 days or more before the trip will receive a full refund. Any charter cancelled within 48 hours of a trip will be charged a $150 late cancellation fee. Any no-shows to a chartered trip will be charged the full amount of the scheduled trip. ***At the Captain's discretion, weather may prohibit a charter from leaving on the planned day. If the Captain cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you can reschedule your charter or get a full refund.
